We use specialized databases and have insider access to travel promotions. When booking with us, not only will you pay the same or less for your nightly rate, we can add on those fabulous perks for free like daily breakfast, $100+ hotel credits, early check-in/late check-out, and often times amazing room upgrades. That’s called saving money my friends!

Absolutely not - even if your trip is one or two nights, your hotel, your room, and your experience still matters to us! It is never a bother to reach out about short trips in fact, if you are booking your own stays, I guarantee you aren’t getting as personalized an experience as you would if we spoke with your hotel’s reservations team. After all, we are “buddy buddy” with thousands of hotels around the world.

It is always worth checking and more often than not, yes we can add them! Just message us and give us some quick details such as your hotel name, dates and confirmation number and we will reach out to our team there to see what we can do. If you have upcoming stays already reserved, you can send those over as well no matter how far out in the future they are and as a bonus – if current rates are lower than what your refundable rates are, we are happy to rebook you at that more desirable price.

Groups we have experience planning travel experiences for currently fall into 3 categories. Celebration groups- weddings, reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and retirement. Corporate groups– meetings, incentive trips/President’s Clubs, events and retreats. Health-focused retreats– yoga, detox, mindfulness, fitness.

On top of securing a desirable rate, we can often negotiate perks such as breakfast included for all rooms, discounts on food and beverage, waived fees and more. One of the biggest advantages of us booking your group is that everyone would be offered the same rate whereas if one were to book on their own, other guests would encounter various rates due to dynamic hotel price fluctuations. For your guests that wait a little longer than they probably should to book their rooms, worry not – a space would be held for everyone.

After a 30-minute call to get to know each other, we are able to get to work piecing together every layer of your trip depending on your needs.

This completely depends on the complexity and time of year of travel. For complex trips (think multi-country or peak-season travel), start planning 6-9 months in advance. For more stream-lined travel, we recommend giving yourself 3-6 months to plan. Why so far in advance? Flights tend to be cheaper when booked early, you will have more hotel and tour availability, a nice cushion for visa/passport processing, and to be honest, to give yourself the luxury of more time to bask in the fact that the details have already been finalized. On a short timeline? Not a problem, we can still accommodate you with less lead time just be prepared to potentially have fewer options.
